Odd Mill dates back 400 years & is located through woodland at the end of a private drive.
The two barns which are set in 10 acres, adjacent to 250 acres of woodland have recently been renovated to a high standard. They both offer spacious and well equipped accommodation.
The Accommodation offers woodland walks, peace & tranquillity.

There is a wide range of countryside pursuits available for those who wish to participate these include;

Coarse,Game & Sea fishing & Clay shooting, details of which are available on request.

Horse riding is also permitted through the surrounding woodland for people who wish to bring their horses with them & again livery prices for the week are available on request.

Dogs are welcome by arrangement but limited to two dogs per property. Additional kennelling is available if required.

The Beaches of Bude & Widemouth Bay are only 3-5 miles away and are great for surfing and other watersports.

The North Cornwall coastline is close by for walking with its high cliffs, deep valleys and stunning views.

Bude & Widemouth also offer a host of small shops, restaurants and bars.

Regional attractions are also easy to travel to from here these include;
The Eden Project
Tintagel Castle
Flambards
Crealy Advanture Park
And many National Trust properties.

The Outside of the two properties have a private patio area with BBQ and garden furniture where you can relax.

Both properties are let with Bed Linen, Towels, Electricity and Central Heating included ( in Nov-March there is an additional charge of £30 per week for heating which is payable on arrival).

There is ample parking for two cars outside each property.

Pubs & Shops are 2 miles approx & nearest beach is 3 miles.

Two en-suite bedrooms with peaceful countryside views. Zip link beds to make 1 king size or 2 singles.(Each room)
Main Bedroom has separate shower cubicle and bath with hand shower, WC.
2nd Bedroom has bath with hand shower, WC.

Downstairs – Large open plan lounge/dining area with sofas one of which is a double futon. There is a second lounge with TV, DVD, feature fireplace and comfortable sofas.

A well equipped kitchen with Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/ice compartment and Dishwasher.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with separate WC & hand basin, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer.

Stable Barn

Sleeps 4 + Cot & Highchair on request.

Two en-suite bedrooms with countryside views. Zip link beds to make 1 king size or 2 singles ( each room ).
Both bedrooms have separate bathrooms with bath and shower over bath, WC

Downstairs is open plan lounge and dining area off the kitchen which is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/ice compartment, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer.

The lounge area has comfortable sofas, feature fireplace, TV & DVD player.

There is a main porch area as you walk into stable barn which is useful for coats & boots etc.
